Soul vs Script is a clothing brand run by MGBG.AI. This page explains what we collect when you visit soulvsscript.com or buy a shirt, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect only what we need to make and ship your order, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Orders. When you check out, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Email signups. If you give us your email for drop alerts, we keep it to tell you about new shirts. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
• Basic site data. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs and counts visits without tracking you across other sites. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us fill your order: Stripe (payments), Printify and its print partner (printing and shipping your shirt), and Cloudflare (hosting). They get what they need to do that job and nothing more. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Signup emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights, including California

You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone. Email [email protected] and we will answer within 45 days. We will never treat you differently for asking.

Kids

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
